Message	I just had a very bad business deal with Concept Z Performance They sold me a damaged Exhaust and call it new! (Full Price) and won’t send me a new one or one that not damaged or send me a refund! So now they can have their ECU and Exhaust back and I’ll take a full refund + Labor! This is a copy of my last e-mail! Mr. Coz Ceh Concept Z Performance INC. Is that what the F%#$ you did to me! Sold me someone else's Damaged Exhaust, “As a new one!!" Nice double dipping can't wait to tell the Phoenix Better Business Buru how you turn in a claim for a damaged part! Then re-sell it as new! I'm sure they will love to hear that! Let me ask you how many time have you been paid for this damaged Exhaust that you just sold me as new? On 7-11-08 I told you I was installing it! 08 Do you remember your response to this statement; 1: I’ll install the exhaust, air-intake & ECU. (You send me a replacement piece only – then I send you back the damaged one!) ? Well here it is: You are correct, just let me know which side you need, and I'll send the muffler from the original shipment to you. Now on 7-21-08 (10 Days later you tell me not to drive the car! From: A Very dissatisfied Customer! To: Coz Ceh [ www.conceptzperformance.com ] Concept Z Performance, Inc. 4434 N. 7th Ave Ste Z Phoenix AZ 85013 602-283-3500 Would you pay $664.99 for this damaged Exhaust? This is how they pack the parts; nothing was move for the camera As per a letter i sent them on 7-11-08 telling them i was putting it on, and that i would send them the damaged part when i got the new one! Which they agreed to on 7-11-08, now on 7-21-08 they sent me an e-mail saying woops by the way don't drive it! 10 Days after installing and driving my car! They want it back (SO THEY CAN TURN IN A CLAIM TO UPS AND ALSO SELL IT AGAIN TO YOU AS NEW!) JIM
